I hate how they keep referring to the Wii as current-gen. I know that it doesn’t have the HD capabilities of the 360 or the PS3, but graphical innovation should not be the benchmark for progress in gaming hardware.
That said, I am happy that they seem pleased with how this game is turning out. I look forward to playing it both on the Wii and the 360.

This Week in Movies
I got out to the theater twice this week and had two amazing experiences. Wednesday night I saw Sweeney Todd. Even if you’re not a fan of musicals there is still plenty to love in this movie. The story is fantastic and the performances are all solid. You really can’t go wrong with a Tim Burton flick, can you? It’s sad, suspenseful, funny, and full of arterial spray.

I watched this video over the weekend. I haven’t gotten around to downloading the game yet, but it looks great! The only thing that would make it better is if it were an actual SNES ROM rather than a stand-alone application. Then I could fire it up in an emulator on a console.
